situation before offering them a variety of debt solutions tailored to their need
(mainly debt management).

Previous debt advisory experience is essential for this position.

Administration/Customer Service Staff

We are looking to recruit experienced Debt Management Administrators
to join our successful team.

Candidates must have previous Debt Management experience and
understand the associated paper work relevant to a customers Debt
Management provision to be eligible for this role.

You will be contacting clients for additional information, for example-
details on their income and expenditure and creditor details and to keeping them
updated on their Debt Management provision. You will also be asked to
speak to creditors and clients who may call into the call centre.

Excellent customer service skills, along with previous Debt Management
experience is essential for this role.

Call Filterers / Lead Generators

We are currently looking to recruit experienced debt management call filterers.

The position involves outbound calling of internet enquiries, as well as other types of leads,
speaking to potential clients and assessing whether they may be suitable for our services.
Clients are then passed through to a senior advisor who can go through all their options.

Excellent telephone and communication skills are required. Candidates must ensure that
they are willing to make a high volume of outbound calls.
